Biography
Anthony has spent his career consulting with clients on human resource management and performance improvement issues. He is also a speaker, educator, television host and entrepreneur who has special interests in the Baby Boom phenomenon, the intergenerational workforce and expanding education about entrepreneurialism among all generations. He is the Founder and Managing Director of The Solutions Network, Inc., a full service consulting firm, and Founder of The Entrepreneurs Network, a venue for entrepreneurs and accredited angel investors. He was previously a Principal and National Practice Leader with Towers Perrin and CEO of US consulting operations for Alexander & Alexander (now AON). He earned his AB degree from Villanova University and continued graduate study in Organizational Communication at Temple University.
